An extensive international wine list offers more than 500 outstanding selections. CUT is proud to have received a One Star rating in Singapore’s first edition of the Michelin Guide, in 2016.

The menu delivers simple, uncomplicated but falvourful dishes that are just what we want when we drink wonderful wines of the world. For us, that means dishes that aren’t too fussy and complement rather than detract from the wine.
